The Learning Ladder is an approved CCAP (Child Care Assistance Program) provider. If you need assistance with applying for childcare assistance, please request an application during enrollment.
Families enrolled in the CCAP (Child Care Assistance Program) will have scaled tuition rates based on the program guidelines.

Discounts
Multiple Child: $30.00 weekly discount for each additional child
The Learning Ladder Early Learning Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, Cash, and Money Orders. Payment is due every Monday before 5pm. A $10.00 late fee applies if payment is not made by Monday at closing time. Additional daily $5.00 fees will accrue for payments made after Tuesday.
Accounts with overdue balances will not be permitted to attend the following week until the balance is settled. We do not carry balances longer than one week; tuition must be paid in advance bi-weekly or monthly.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Additionally, a late fee of $1.00 per child, per minute will be assessed for pick-ups after closing time. Late pick-ups are considered exceptional occurrences and not a standard option.
If you choose to withdraw your child, two weeks’ notice is required.
